  • I need a repair but my device is not listed. What should I do?

    If your device is not listed in our services category please contact us at 803-354-3275 or info@smartphonemedic.com.  We will try our best to help you get your device repaired.

  • Should I back up my device before I send it to SmartPhone Medic?

    Yes you should back up your device before you send it to SmartPhone Medic.  We are not responsible for any data loss due to the repair process.  Your device may require us to reset or restore it to its factory settings to complete the repair process and this will erase all data that is on your device.  So you should back up your device before sending it in for any repair.

  • What is the warranty on your repairs?

    All repairs come with a 90 day warranty on parts and labor.  If you have any issue related to the part or labor we performed within 90 days we will take care of it at no additional charge.

  • Why do you need the passcode to my device?

    If your device has a passcode you have two options.  You may disable the passcode before you ship it to us or you can provide us with the passcode.  We need the passcode to your device because after the repair process we need to check it to make sure everything is functioning properly.

  • Do I need a PayPal account to make a payment?

    No you do not need a PayPal account to process your payment.  All you need is a valid credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover) and PayPal will process the transaction.  Once you have confirmed your order you will be taken to the pay with PayPal screen.  Simply click on the link that says "Don't have a PayPal account?  Pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal Guest."

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept debit/credit card payments via Visa and MasterCard at our store.  We also accept PayPal payments online.

  • What are my ship back options and costs?

    FedEx

    • FedEx Ground (Business to business deliveries 2-3 business days) - $11
    • FedEx Home Delivery (Residential deliveries 1-5 business days) - $16
    • FedEx Standard Overnight - $25
  • How can I get my device to you?

    You may get your device to us a couple of ways.  If you are a local customer you may drop your device off by our office at 902 Harden Street,Columbia, SC 29205, Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  If you are too far away to drop in, just select the repair you need and proceed through the checkout process.  Once you have checked out you will receive an email confirming your purchase.  Print one copy of your purchase order and include it with your shipment.  You may ship your package to us via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.  All mail in orders must be shipped to SmartPhone Medic, 1226 Pickens Street, Suite 206, Columbia, SC 29201.  We are not responsible for any shipments to any other address. Please remember to package your items carefully so that they are not damaged during transit.
